Soft serve in freezing weather.

The soft serve outside Shiroi Koibito Park was delicate and sweet, even though eating it in the cold felt slightly ridiculous in the best way.

A small sweet moment after the factory visit

After seeing how the Shiroi Koibito biscuit is made, the soft serve outside felt like the natural ending to the visit.

The texture was smooth and delicate, with a clean sweetness that did not feel too heavy. The funny part was eating ice cream while Sapporo was still freezing cold, but that made it more memorable.

Worth it? Yes. It is a simple treat, but it fits the whole Shiroi Koibito Park experience nicely.
