A practical Japan food and route guide, built from real notes.
I’m working on a NutNibbles Japan guide. Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto, Sapporo, food stops, hotel/location notes, and the small decisions that are easier to explain once you’ve done the trip.
Some guides try to cover everything. Mine won’t. What helped, what was worth it, what I’d change, and which meals or city bases deserve a real note.
The Japan trip posts already have most of it: Sapporo snow, Osaka comfort stops, a Kyoto kimono day, Tokyo hotel and food notes, plus casual meal posts. Easier to trust, because we actually went.
It might end up a PDF, a Google Maps list, a tighter planning page, or all three. Not decided yet.
